Flipfix fire and non fire rated panels are available with metal or plasterboard doors, supplied with the patented Flipfix fitting device, which reduces fitting times by up to 80% against a standard access panel.
Our square and rectangular panels come with up to a 2 hour fire rating, with 1 hour being standard. Available with either picture or beaded frame, supplied with a flush lock and finished with RAL 9010 30% gloss as standard.
The standard sizes are 150x150mm, 200x200mm, 300x300mm, 450x450mm, 550x550mm, 600x300mm and 600x600mm.
We can also manufacture bespoke Flipfix panels, if any of these sizes aren’t appropriate, if you are wanting a circular 3 hour fire rated access panel for a ceiling, or if you would like a non-standard lock.
